Our History
From a humble beginning in 1980 in Nadi with a few staff, Palas Auto Services Pte Limited has today become a household name in the Fijian automotive industry.
The company was started by visionary businessman the late Mr Mansukh Pala and his sons Prakash, Jitesh and Jainesh later joined in after completing their respective fields of education.
While the company started as a second-hand car dealer importing all vehicles from Japan, today the Pala Group has many world renowned brands under its growing portfolio of reliable and trusted brands. (Refer to our brands section for more information).
The company now has three fully-fledged outlets in Nadi, Lautoka and Suva with over 100 dedicated employees who go to great lengths to serve customers.
Apart from vehicle sales, the company also carries out full servicing of vehicles and markets many other associated products like tyres, batteries, motorbikes, specialist spare parts and even outboard motors.

Vivek is a subsidiary of the Palas Group that provides accommodation. We offer luxurious self-contained apartments located in Nadi, Fiji’s main transport hub.
Europcar Fiji Limited
Europcar is the leading car rental company in Fiji. We offer a large fleet size and choice comprising basic to Luxury Sedan Cars, 4WDs and Pick-up Vans.
Pit Stop Fiji Limited
We are the providers of Total petroleum products to Fiji and Tonga.
Meet the Directors
Prakash Pala
Prakash was appointed as Managing Director in 1993. He is a qualified Automotive/Civil engineer and he has extensive experience in marketing & new product development. He is considered the engineering wizard of the company.
Jitesh Pala
Jitesh is in charge of finance and administration, long term planning and products acquisition for the company. He is regarded as the visionary of the Palas group. He is also an associate member of the Australian Society of Accountants.
Jainesh Pala
Jainesh is a law graduate of University of Tasmania and he represents the company in all legal and contract negotiation matters. He has extensive technical knowledge of the motor industry and he is managing the Australian operations.
